Chello is a new banking platform designed for small and mid-sized healthcare practices — the clinics, specialists, and providers who keep the system running but are often underserved by traditional financial institutions. Their flagship product, Boost, gives practices fast access to flexible capital, and when paired with Chello’s analytics dashboard, it becomes a true cash-flow control center.

We partnered with Chello from the beginning, helping shape how the brand would enter the U.S. market and how its story needed to land. We built a growth strategy grounded in real medical practice data: where the financial pressure points were, how decisions were made, and where the opportunity was to show up differently in a category defined by red tape and rigid systems.

From there, I helped bring the brand itself to life — developing the name, visual identity, tone of voice, and website. We also designed the core UX and UI of the platform, ensuring the product delivered on the same promise as the brand: clarity, control, and forward momentum for practices that don’t have time to slow down.

The first phone shows a question about cash flow forecasts, the second features a photo of healthcare professionals in a team meeting, and the third shows a friendly discussion between two people in white lab coats.

The visual identity was created to feel modern, warm, and purpose-built — a counterbalance to the cold, corporate aesthetic typical in financial services. The system flexes between highly functional product communication and more expressive storytelling moments, making it right at home across audiences ranging from practice owners to finance teams to clinicians who just want tools that work.

The website features news headlines and images, with a header advertisement stating "We prescribe Healthy cash flow" and a purple "Learn more" button. A cup of coffee is on a saucer to the right, and a green desk lamp and potted plants are visible in the background.

We launched Chello’s website and organic social presence, with acquisition campaigns and launch films underway. The goal is simple: introduce a financial partner that understands the day-to-day realities of healthcare and gives practices the space — and liquidity —
to breathe, grow, and keep moving.
